LADY FINGER CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 can pie filling, any kind
3 pkgs. plain lady fingers

A springform pan is required.

1. Cream the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar by hand until soft and blended.

2. Add the vanilla and mix in well.

3. Whip the whipping cream and 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar.

4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

5. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with the lady fingers.

6. Pour 1/2 of the creamed mixture over the lady fingers. Make another layer of lady fingers and add the remainder of the creamed mixture.

7. Top with pie filling and refrigerate at least 4 hours so mixture will set.
