HUNTER'S DELIGHT 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (#2) can cream style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. sliced raw potatoes

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and saute about 5 minutes. Add meat. Sprinkle with seasonings and saute until brown. Add corn and milk. Place potatoes in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with meat mixture. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Serves 6.
