ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In fry pan, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce, heat until hot and bubbly. Combine cheese and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 12 x 8 or 9 x 13 baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles and place over cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter, crumble over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
