1/4 c. butter
10 1/2 oz. pkg. marshmallows
5 1/2 c. Cocoa Crispy's

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add Cocoa Crispy's. Mix until the Crispy's are coated. Press into a buttered 9 x 9 glass pan.
