WHIPPED CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 eggs
1 tsp. real lemon juice
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time, and beat very well after each egg is added. Add flour and whipping cream alternately; mix well. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees until well done. Can use either a large angel food pan greased and floured or a bundt pan.
