HOT DOG - CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 qt. tomatoes
2 lg. onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 dashes Texas Pete
3 tbsp. pepper relish
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger and chopped onions until brown. Drain off fat. Add the other ingredients. Bring to boil, then let simmer. The longer it cooks, the thicker it gets.
