CHICKEN RICE BAKE 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 c. rice (long grain)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except chicken. Pour in large baking dish. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°F.
