1 9" graham cracker crust
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs to an even consistency. Spread mix into crust and bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cake cool and top with Cool Whip. Vanilla, kahlua or amaretto can be mixed into the Cool Whip or dribbled over the entire pie. Use flavoring, more or less, to taste. Refrigerate. This cake can be frozen.
