NO COOK PICKLES 
2 sm. onions, sliced thin
Sliced cucumbers, enough to fill jar
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Combine sugar, vinegar, water, salt and both seeds in quart jar. Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved.

Pack in onion and cucumber slices until jar is full. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Store in refrigerator.
