EASY CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 heaping tbsp. cinnamon 4 eggs 1 c. walnuts or pecans 1 1/4 c. Crisco 2 junior size jars carrot baby food 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda Mix sugar, oil, carrots, and eggs together until moist. Add flour, cinnamon, and soda; mix well. Add nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch oblong pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
