1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated raw zucchini
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts for topping

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
