TOMATO PUDDING | |
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. water 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 lb. melted butter 2 c. toasted bread cubes (no crusts) Nutmeg Boil first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Pour this over butter tossed with bread cubes. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
