LASAGNA ROLLUPS 
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. ricotta
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Mozzarella, shredded
8 lasagna noodles

Prepare spaghetti sauce of your choice. Combine ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan and 1 cup Mozzarella. Chill. Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Drain, rinse noodles and cool.

Spread about 1 cup spaghetti sauce in a greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Spread equal amount of cheese mixture on each noodle. Roll up jelly roll fashion from narrow end. Place rolls, seam side down, in pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over rolls. Top with 1 cup Mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
