LUMPIA 
1/2 cup chopped pork
1 cup chopped beef
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup boiled garbanzos or potatoes, cut into cubes
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 onion, minced
1 bay laurel leaf
3 cloves garlic, pounded
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon pimientos
1 small box raisins
Lumpia wrappers
salt

Sauté garlic and onions. (Do not let garlic brown.) Add tomatoes and meat, bay leaf, pimiento and Add meat, bay laurel leaf, pimiento and water.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Add garbanzos and raisins when meat is almost done. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add hard boiled eggs. Wrap in lumpia wrappers, folding the ends inside.

Sauté lumpia until golden brown.

Serve with roasted garlic, vinegar, pepper and salt.
