LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix with pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, separated
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
