SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, broccoli & cauliflower (thaw vegetables first)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. (2.8 oz.) French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/4 cup Swiss, 1/4 cup Cheddar, sour cream, 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with the rest of cheese and onions. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
