SPICED PECAN 
1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Mix egg white and water until fluffy. Pour over pecans; mix well. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pecan mixture. Stir until well coated. Pour onto cookie sheet, spreading in one layer over entire sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Remove pecans from cookie sheet to waxed paper as soon as you take them from the oven or else they will stick to the pan.
