SPICED PECANS | |
1 egg white 1 tbsp. water 1 lb. pecans 1 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter Beat egg white and water until stiff, but not dry. Add pecans and stir until coated. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt, add to pecans and stir until mixed. Grease large flat pan with 3 tablespoon butter and place pecans on. Bake 45 minutes at 275 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. |
