SPICED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add nuts and mix thoroughly. Place on a buttered 10 x 15 inch shallow pan. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
