FAVORITE PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petite peas, thawed and drained
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese, fine cubes
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 c. sliced celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill well. Serves 6 to 8. More at a buffet.
