EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 1/2 lb. lean stew beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lg. sliced onion 1 pkg. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 bottle burgundy wine Place stew beef in bottom of heavy covered Dutch oven. Mix all of ingredients together. Pour over beef. Bake at 275 degrees for 4-5 hours. Thicken last 15 minutes if desired. Serve over rice or noodles. |
