PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can water

Dice onion and pepper. Combine with meat, rice, salt and pepper. Shape into medium-size balls. Pour tomato sauce and water into pressure cooker. Add meatballs; pressure 4 minutes on 10 pounds pressure.
