PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. raw rice
Salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 1/2 c. tomato juice

Combine hamburger, rice and seasonings forming into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place into baking dish. Add rest of ingredients. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
