PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped
2 1/2 c. tomato soup

Combine meat, rice, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls. Combine onion, bell pepper and tomato soup. Pour all ingredients into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
