OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic granules
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-4 lbs. chicken, cut up

Mix all ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then cornmeal mixture. Place chicken skin side up in shallow pan. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Lightly sprinkle paprika over, if desired. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50-55 minutes or until done.
