4 c. apples
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
Dash of salt

Slice apples in pie pan. Add orange juice. Combine other ingredients and cover top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until apples are done and top is brown.
