POULTRY SEASONING | |
If you don't have any prepared poultry seasoning for stuffing, you can quite often find sage. It may be fresh sage that you can buy at the herb stand in the market. Let it dry; crumble it up and use about 1 tablespoon for 3 quarts of cubed bread. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Celery salt is also good in stuffing. Add small amounts and taste often. It is easier to add than to remove. |
