FRESH PEACH DELIGHT 
1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
3 c. sliced peaches (or 30 oz. can, drained)
1 sm. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Prepare cake according to directions using only 1/2 of package and put in 9"x13" pan, bake 15 minutes, at 350 degrees. Cake will be thin. Prepare pudding mix with sour cream and milk. Spread over cake which has been cooled. Place peaches over pudding. After the pudding is set, spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
