PEACHES AND CREAM 
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 3 tbsp. juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar, mixed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first 5 ingredients; beat for 2 minutes. Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 12 baking dish which has been coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Drain peaches, spread evenly over dough. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice, beating for 2 minutes. Spread over peaches. Sprinkle over the cinnamon-sugar. Bake about 35 minutes and serve warm. A nice change from regular peach cobbler. Serves 8.
