1 c. peanut butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven; cookies will be soft. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing them to a plate or cooling rack. Cookies will harden as they cool.
