TUNA SALAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna
2 tbsp. diet mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 celery stalk, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. apples, diced
1 lg. sweet pickle

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread on whole wheat bread for sandwiches. Or you may stuff inside a ripe tomato and garnish with lettuce.
