BEEF SHISKEBAB 
Sirloin tip
Bell peppers, cut in pieces
Onions, quartered and pieces separated
Cherry tomatoes, if large cut in half
Fresh mushrooms, med. size

MARINADE:

In large glass bowl, blend the following: 1 tablespoon salad oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sherry or vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 clove garlic peeled and left whole, and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.

Trim fat from sirloin and cut into chunks. Add to marinade in bowl; stir to coat meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Stir the mixture 3 or 4 times during the 24 hours. Add vegetables to bowl for the last 4 hours. Stir to coat vegetables with marinade. Place on skewers and cook on grill, turning often.
