CHICKEN - BROCCOLI DISH 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Cook broccoli until tender. Simmer chicken in water until tender. Place drained broccoli in baking dish. Cover with pieces of chicken breast torn apart into large chunks. Cover with mixture of cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Sprinkle grated cheese and bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serves 4-6.
