2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. half & half cream
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line buttered 8 or 9 inch pie plate with potatoes. Melt butter in pan; stir in flour and seasonings. Add broth, stir until boiling. Add cream and mushrooms; cook few minutes. Put chicken into pie plate. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
