MEAL-IN-A-SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. (1 1/4 c.) dry spaghetti
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, garlic, onion well in skillet. Sprinkle on mace, allspice, mustard and pepper. Break spaghetti into 2 to 3 inch lengths; measure. Place in layer over ground beef.

Stir salt into tomato juice and pour over spaghetti; be sure all spaghetti is moistened. Cover closely and cook over high heat until steam escapes. Turn heat low and cook 30 minutes. Turn out onto platter and serve with Parmesan cheese.
