MATZO BREI 
4 sheets plain matzo
2 eggs
Boiling water
butter
Salt to taste

Crumble matzo into medium pieces in bowl. Cover with boiling water for 1 minute to soften matzo. Drain water off. Add to matzo 2 eggs and salt to taste; mix well. Melt butter medium size frying pan. Add matzo mixture and stir until dry.
