MERINGUE SURPRISE 
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt (pinch)

Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Gradually add vanilla, salt and sugar while continuing to beat. Fold in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
