PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. rice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper

Combine above ingredients with 1/3 cup water and shape into meatballs. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in baking dish. Combine 1 can tomato sauce and 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
