MINT DESSERT 
Finely crush 26 Hydrox or Oreo cookies and spread 2/3 on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 pt. whipping cream, whipped stiff
1 c. mini marshmallows, white
1 c. after-dinner mints

Mix together and spread over crushed cookies. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 crumbs on top. LET STAND 2 DAYS IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
