1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding (instant or regular)
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Confectioners sugar
Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil for 2 minutes. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake for 60 minutes; cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve with Cool Whip.
