1 egg, separated
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Mix well and cook until thoroughly done. Pour in a prepared pie shell. Cover with meringue and brown in oven for five minutes. Cool until ready eat.
