GREEN PEAS AND MUSHROOMS 
2 cans LeSeur peas
1 garlic cheese role
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
Toasted almonds
Butter

Melt soup and cheese in a saucepan. Stir in drained, peas, mushrooms, and pimento. Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with almonds. If preparing ahead hold toasted almonds and top just before baking at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
