3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 unbeaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips

Beat well the flour, cocoa, salt, 2 cups sugar, soda, water, oil, and vinegar. Put in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. Spoon over cake mixture; glob evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
