STUFFED PEPPERS 
6-8 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. salad oil
1 med. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Mix sauce ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes. Scald green peppers. Mix hamburger, rice, salt, and pepper together. Stuff hamburger mixture into green peppers and place into baking pan. Pour sauce over the peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
