MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 stalks broccoli spears
1 head cauliflower
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. celery seed

Separate broccoli floweretts and cut tender part of stalk into chunks. Separate cauliflower into floweretts. Add remaining vegetables and mix. In small bowl mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, oil and celery seed until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and store in refrigerator. Will keep for days!!
