Blend: 3 1/2 c. milk

Add to cream cheese mixture and pudding 1 (12 ounce) Cool Whip. Alternate layers of cookies and creamed mixture, beginning and ending with cookies. Put in a plastic bucket, use a clean garden trowel to serve. Could put in a child sand bucket and shovel. Gummy worms could be put in pudding.
