VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 bag frozen shoepeg corn
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can mushroom sup
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients except 3/4 cup of crushed crackers and butter. Pour mixture into buttered dish. Top with remaining crushed crackers. Drizzle melted butter over top of crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
