LINDA B'S CASSEROLE 
1 (5 or 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over mixture. Sprinkle crushed cheese cracker crumbs over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
