SAUCY PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 can cream of onion soup
1/4 c. water

Heat oil and brown pork chops. Pour off fat and set aside. Add soup and water to pan. bring to a boil and return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until chops are no longer pink.
