SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. 1 inch thick round steak
1 pkg. McCormick Swiss steak seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water or (one 8 ounce can tomato sauce and one cup water)
Flour

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Combine mix and water in large bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Remove steak flour and brown in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Add liquid in bowl to steak. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
